A movement created by the Otis and Rosie Brown Foundation
The Extraordinary Is Gala celebrates and honors scholarship recipients, community leaders, and incredible nonprofit organizations who have inspired and served our community in the past year. The Gala presents a famous or influential keynote speaker to relate their extraordinary life story and inspire our guests. Previous speakers have included Olympic gold medalists Carl Lewis and Lamont Smith, and financial commentator and author Lynnette Khalfani-Cox. The Gala is our primary fundraising event in the DFW area.
All of us at the Otis and Rosie Brown Foundation wish to thank everyone for making our 2017 Extraordinary Is a success. Our special thanks go out to master of ceremonies Kevin Frazier and keynote speaker Master Sergeant Cedric King.
