In order to be eligible for the Extraordinary Is Sustaining Scholarship, applicants must have been enrolled for at least one semester in a college or university during the previous 12 months.

Scholarship applications will be evaluated on a first-come-first-serve basis by the ExtraordinaryIs Scholarship Fund.
The Otis and Rosie Brown Foundation reserves the right to publish and announce the awardee's name and image via all known media. Applications will be subject to verification.
